Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By installing or using ProfitLens ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The app is a personal tool

ProfitLens is a personal finance utility for tracking figures you enter yourself. It does not connect to banks, process payments, provide loans, or offer financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Any calculators are for estimation only. Decisions you make based on the app are your own responsibility.

3. Your data is your responsibility

All data is stored locally on your device. We have no copy of it and cannot recover it for you. You are responsible for keeping your PIN safe and for backing up your data using the app's export feature. Uninstalling the app, clearing its storage, or too many failed PIN-recovery attempts will permanently delete your data.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that calculations are free of inaccuracies.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Tronix Projects shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including loss of data or financial loss — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
